Coffees I’ve tried.
I brew with an inverted Aeropress and a metal filter. These are just my notes, not expert reviews.
I start by adding the coffee, then bloom it with hot water for about 30 seconds. I add the remaining water and stir, close the lid, and let it brew for 1½–2 minutes—depending on the cup I’m after—before flipping and pressing.
Aaramse Coffee shares excellent coffees from Indian roasteries. Highly recommended for beginners.

Personal noteDefinitely recommend. Neutral to acidic, becoming slightly bittersweet when brewed longer. I usually buy ground coffee because I do not own a grinder, but this one preserves its original flavour for more than a few days—something new compared with the other coffees I have tried.

Personal noteThe bitterness is barely there, while the acidity is clearly noticeable without ever becoming too sour or citrus-fruit-like. It feels balanced and is a great fit for a daily morning coffee.

Personal noteThis is the first locally roasted coffee that I tired. They only had medium to dark roast option. Usually I don't enjoy dark roasts but this one was a bit mild in terms of bitterness. Not recommended for people who need acidity in the flavor of coffee.
AftertasteNeutral like simple dark roast coffee. Neighter too bitter nor too acidic.

Personal noteThis has Robusta beans. I was looking for a mix of beans in India for a very long time. The website says it tastes good with milk. I haven't tried that yet. But I think it will be a good choice to make cà phê việt nam due to its Robusta beans.
AftertasteA bit fruity when it's closer to room temperature but still has that roast-like taste.

Personal noteThe coffee's taste is unique as the packet says 10% of it is dry processed. This is my new favorite and I recommend it for a morning coffee treat ;)
